Privacy Policy

Text version: 2026-10-13.2. The same text is shown in the app at first sign-in.

Who is responsible for the data

The operator of the service is Chorusly (“we”), self-employed. Operator details are provided on request through “Support”. You can reach us through “Support” in the app or by messaging @chorusly_bot.

What data we receive

  • From Telegram: your numeric ID, name and username, interface language. An approximate country from your IP address is used only to decide whether to show VKontakte; we do not store the address itself.
  • Your social accounts: names and IDs of connected accounts and their access tokens. Tokens are stored encrypted (AES-GCM). We do not keep app passwords (for example Bluesky): after sign-in only the encrypted tokens remain.
  • Content you create: topics and plans, drafts and published posts, Studio texts and their versions, account description, your voice and rules (tone, facts, examples), goals and metrics (such as follower count).
  • Comments from your readers on connected accounts: text, the commenter’s name or username and date. They are used to suggest replies. You publish yourself, by pressing a button.
  • Post files (photos, video, audio) you upload. An unpublished file is deleted automatically after 7 days.
  • Voice messages: the recording is sent for speech recognition; we keep only the resulting text, not the recording.
  • Payments: payments go through Telegram Stars. We receive a payment ID, amount, plan and time. We never see or store payment card details.
  • Service data: activity and error records, daily AI usage (for plan limits), support requests and their messages.

Why we use it

To provide the features you choose: reading comments, suggesting replies and posts, keeping your plan, counting plan limits, taking payments, answering support, keeping the service secure and fixing errors. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

Who receives data

  • Anthropic — text of requests (your comments, topics, account description, voice rules) to create replies, posts and analyses.
  • OpenAI — voice recordings for speech recognition.
  • Telegram — running the bot and app, Stars payments.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, database and file storage.
  • Social networks you connect (Telegram, Bluesky, VKontakte) — only what is needed to read comments and to publish a post after you press the button.

These companies process data under their own rules and may be located in other countries. We try to send them only what a specific feature needs.

What the AI does and does not do

The AI prepares options. Nothing is published without your tap and 5 seconds to press “Cancel”. The AI can be wrong: check text before sending.

How long we keep it

While you use the service. Post files: up to 7 days if the post is not published. After deletion at your request, backups may remain for a limited time with the hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can delete any connected account in the app (together with its tokens, drafts and history). To delete all your data, write “delete my data” to Support: a person reviews the request. We may also block an account or delete data for violating the terms. If you are in the EU, UK or another country with a data protection law, you have the rights that law provides; contact us the same way.

Children

The service is not intended for people under 16.

Security

Tokens are encrypted, access is checked by Telegram’s signature, and publishing requires the author’s confirmation. No method gives absolute protection; report problems via Support.

Changes

We may update this text. The version date is at the top; significant changes will be announced in the bot or app.

Questions and data deletion requests: the Support section in the app or the @chorusly_bot bot.
