Terms of Use

1. What this is

Chorusly is the Telegram bot @chorusly_bot and a mini app with an AI assistant for running social media. By using it you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Age and account

You must be at least 16. You are responsible for your Telegram account and for the social accounts you connect. Connect only accounts you have the right to manage.

3. How the AI works

The AI suggests options for replies, posts and plans. Only the author publishes: nothing is sent to a social network without your tap and 5 seconds to press “Cancel”. The AI can be wrong, invent details or give inaccurate advice. You are responsible for everything you publish and for following the rules of social networks and the laws of your country. Results (audience growth, reach, income) are not guaranteed.

4. What is not allowed

• Breaking the law or social network rules; posting illegal content, spam, deception or abuse.
• Impersonating others or connecting accounts you have no right to.
• Trying to bypass limits, attack the service, overload it or access other people’s data.
• Reselling access or using the service for mass messaging.

For violations we may restrict access or block the account.

5. Plans and payment

There is a free “Basic” plan and paid plans. Contents and limits are shown in the app (Profile → Plan). Payment goes through Telegram Stars; the price and period are shown before you pay. A trial period may be offered once. Limits are counted per billing period; when a limit is used up, some actions are unavailable until the next period or a plan change.

6. Refunds

If a payment went through but the plan did not activate, or you believe a payment was a mistake, write to Support or send the bot /paysupport: we will check the payment and, if appropriate, refund the Stars. The decision takes into account how much you have used. Refunds are made through Telegram. This does not limit rights you have under the law.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for stable operation but do not promise there will be no outages: they happen on our side and at Telegram, AI providers and social networks. Some networks (for example Threads, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) may be marked “soon” and be unavailable. We may change features, limits and prices; a price change does not affect an already paid period.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost audience, blocks on social networks, failures of third-party services, or consequences of posts you confirmed. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 3 months.

9. Ending use

You can stop using the service and ask for your data to be deleted (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close access for violating these terms or as the law requires.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; by continuing to use the service after changes you accept them. Questions: Support or @chorusly_bot.
