How to reply to comments on a Telegram channel
Comments pile up faster than an author has time to read them. Here is a simple routine and how Chorusly helps with it.

What matters in a reply to a reader
Answer the actual question, not the general topic. If the question is unclear, ask for clarification in one sentence.
Keep it short and in your own words: readers come for the author’s real answer, not a template.
Do not promise what you have not checked. Take numbers, dates and facts only from your own post or from what you are sure of.
Hostile or heated comments do not have to go unanswered, but answer calmly and without making it personal.
A 10-minute daily routine
Open the new comments and sort them in your head: questions, thanks, criticism, spam.
Answer the questions first: they help the reader and show the channel is alive.
Thanks can be closed with a short reply or a reaction.
Handle criticism separately: some of it is fair and points to the topic of your next post.
How Chorusly helps
Chorusly reads new comments on a connected channel, translates them when needed and prepares a draft reply.
You can accept, edit or rewrite the draft. Nothing is published on its own: a reply goes out only after you tap Send, and you then have 5 seconds to tap Cancel.
The AI does not invent facts or numbers: if something is not in your post or your notes, it does not end up in the reply.
You can set your own voice (tone, rules, examples), but it is optional.
Where to start
Open Chorusly in Telegram, connect a channel and look at the first drafts. The Basic plan is free.
